Scenario and Digital Validation
Scenario and Digital Validation · Product Industrial Design (Blender & Digital Twin) course
Objectives
Section titled “Objectives”Find design bugs on screen before wasting plastic: run usage scenarios on the Twin, pair firmware/edge AI data with the model, and produce a fix list before printing a prototype.
Lessons
Section titled “Lessons”| # | Lesson | Content |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Digital validation before building a prototype | Designing a test scenario before clicking anything, observing and adjusting the design, tying the model to firmware/edge AI data with evidence, and a pre-print checklist summary |
| 2 | Lab: usage scenarios and a pre-prototype checklist | Writing the scenario before clicking, running it and noting problems, binding data or recording the gap, then filling in the pre-prototype checklist |
Approximate time per the original: about 3 hours (lessons) + a 2.5–3 hour lab.

Checkpoint
Section titled “Checkpoint”Before moving to the next module, check that you can do the following:
- At least two usage scenarios with screenshots
- At least three problems or watch-points identified
- Evidence of a data binding, or a written explanation of the gap
