Module checkpoint

• can measure the 3.3 V rail and the voltage from a knob on the board, and compare it against what the ADC reads
• can measure one LED’s current in series, and always move the red lead back to the VΩ jack afterwards
• can find a short circuit on a powered-off board using continuity mode
