“Certified by TESA and Infineon”

ข้อความนี้ใช้ได้เฉพาะ ผู้ถือใบรับรอง TQP ขั้น T1, T2, T3 หรือ Trainer ที่ยังมีผล ตามเงื่อนไขใน tqp/certification.md (ใบ T0 แสดงการเรียนจบ จึงใช้ข้อความนี้ไม่ได้) ต้องใช้คู่กับชื่อเต็มของใบรับรองที่ถืออยู่ และหยุดใช้เมื่อใบรับรองหมดอายุหรือถูกเพิกถอน หลักสูตร ผู้ให้บริการอบรม และมหาวิทยาลัยใช้ข้อความนี้กับหลักสูตรของตนไม่ได้

ขณะนี้ TQP ยังเป็นการออกแบบฉบับ v0.1 และยังไม่เปิดรับผู้สมัครสอบ จึงยังไม่มีใครใช้ข้อความนี้ได้

The licences in this repository (CC BY-NC 4.0, CC BY 4.0, CC BY-SA 4.0, Apache-2.0, MIT) cover content and code only. They grant no right to use names or logos (CC BY-NC 4.0, CC BY 4.0 and CC BY-SA 4.0 §2(b)(2); Apache-2.0 §6).

TESA’s names and marks. The following belong to the Thai Embedded Systems Association (TESA), สมาคมสมองกลฝังตัวไทย: TESA and สมาคมสมองกลฝังตัวไทย; TESA Open Knowledge; TESA Qualification Program and TQP, including the level and credential names in tqp/certification.md; and the certification mark “Certified by TESA and Infineon”, which TESA uses jointly with Infineon.

Other names in the ecosystem. The TESAIoT and BENTO names and logos (including BENTO IDE and BENTO Emulator) belong to their respective owners and are not licensed by this repository either.

Infineon trademarks. Infineon®, PSOC™, ModusToolbox™ and OPTIGA™ are trademarks of Infineon Technologies AG. We spell PSOC™ the way Infineon currently does, mark ® or ™ at the first mention on each page, and use Infineon logos only with written permission. Other product names and marks used in lessons, such as Arm®, Cortex®, Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth®, belong to their owners.

You may write these names as plain text to refer to things truthfully, for example in the credit from ATTRIBUTION.md or “this lesson uses a PSOC™ Edge E84 board”, and say that your course or document “uses material from TESA Open Knowledge”.

You may not, without written permission: use the TESA, TQP, TESAIoT, BENTO or Infineon logos; name a course, product, service or domain with TESA or TQP, or with a confusingly similar name; state or imply that TESA or Infineon certifies, sponsors or co-delivers your course (for example “TESA-certified course” or “official TQP exam preparation”); or publish a modified version under the name “TESA Open Knowledge”. If you fork and change the content, give it a new name and credit us as set out in ATTRIBUTION.md.

“Certified by TESA and Infineon” may be used only by holders of a T1, T2, T3 or Trainer TQP credential that is still valid (not T0, which records completion), under the conditions in tqp/certification.md, always together with the full name of the credential held, and never after it expires or is revoked. Courses, training providers and universities may not use it for their courses. TQP is a v0.1 design and is not yet open for candidates, so nobody can use this mark yet.
